Went by this location on my way out of town, what a disappointment! I placed a to go order,since I wanted to hit the road. I should have inspected my food before I left. The Caesar salad was the most horrible I've ever had it was soggy and looked like it had been sitting there all day. My fruit salad was even worse looks like it was packed the week before. Won't ever stop there again. I used to love La Madeleine, used too.
This location is the worst of all the La Madeleines. Very poor management. About a month or so ago, I went to get roasted chicken after work at 5:00 pm and they said they were out of chickens! Are you serious?!! That's one of the main entrees for dinner and they were completely out. Not only that but they said they would not be having any at all for that night. So go over to the Kroger's if you have to and buy some chickens for your customers. The majority of the time I go in the early evening (5-6) they have almost nothing in the dessert case either. Service is not any better. The girl behind the to-go counter, (thin, brunette with glasses) should be fired due to her "I could care less" attitude. La Madeleine's Upper Management - PLEASE get the management and staff trained properly to run this location so it is up to the same standards as the Dallas La Madeleine's or clean house and move some of the Dallas people over there!
I love the chicken salad croissant, onion soup, pasta, & pastries. The peach tea is great too. Took a while to get food & confusing set up but service was friendly. I love the free bread & jams. & esp like sitting by the fireplace.
Went here for breakfast with my mom for the first time because we wanted quiche. The way everything is set up is a bit confusing but the staff were nice and the food was pretty good. The pastries are a bit overpriced but, over all, I'd likely go again.
overall a pretty good upscale french diner chain. The staff were nice and courteous. They tried to speak in french to me which was a nice plus and added to the ambience.
