ordered a chia tea latte hot and banana nut bagel with cream cheese. first as i was driving away i tasted my "tea" and got coffee. i cannot drink coffee becaue it makes me sick. so i took it back. i then was given a room temp chia tea with little flavor. oh, well i'll just drink it. i was already late. then get to my office. i opened my bagel because i like to eat it half a time. a huge piece of plastic was in it. gross. i've had other problems too. once i got a blueberry bagel with almond c. cheese and got it with their onion c. cheese. i was nasty.
I have no idea why other people are slamming this place. The bagels are good, the coffee is tasty, the variety is good and I've always had polite quick customer service.
Ordered a breakfast bagel with ham and it was delicious. Also ordered a strawberry banana smoothie but I asked for no whipped cream and got it anyway, no big deal but still good.
The bagels are really good and so is the cream cheese but they have horrible customer service. I paid for an 8oz honey almond cream cheese and they gave me a tub of half honey almond and the rest of it filled with plain cream cheese because they ran out. Instead of telling me they didn't have any left...they filled it up with plain.....
Quality of bagel was bad,we took omelette bagel and it was really dry, hard.
