Saw their menu and decided to give them a ring. They informed me that the ETA would be an hour and it took almost 1.5hrs, which nearly had me calling to cancel it. Fortunately, the food arrived shortly thereafter and I was greeted by very well packaged take-out. Upon opening the boxes, I noticed that everything looked very bland, and it tasted just as terrible. The menu looked well done, and the packaging of the food even better, but I don't think I would recommend this place at all just purely on the quality of the food.

Worst service that I have ever experienced from a Chinese delivery place here in El Paso. Placed my order for delivery and was told that it would only take 30-45 mins. After waiting almost an hour and a half I still did not have my food. I called and was told it would be another 15 mins. When my food finally arrived it was cold, and the soup had been spilled onto the other food. I called the Chinese Cafe and ask for a replacement of the meal, which they said they would do. I went to personally pick it up (not wanting to wait for the delivery person again) Once I got home I was not pleased to find that they had gotten my order completely wrong. I will NEVER order from this restaurant again.
Lo mein not as good as u might expect rice is ok veggies are good
Has never disappointed me. Always great food.
