OMG WTF?!?!? Their Management either doesn't care or doesn't have the means to effect change. Always slow service. 30mins for an appetizer. I hope I never come back. But, El ASSo does have it's captive audiences.
Completely unacceptable. SLOW service, old/cold food, totally non caring management. This Chili's has never been great, but it has gotten WORSE. Don't waste your time!
Horrible experience. Service is a nightmare!! Was with a party of Soldiers today for lunch and only half of our table received there food. The other half waited over an hour for food and after repeatedly asking, it finally arrived and it looked like it had been sitting under a food lamp for way too long. We ended up having to take the food to go and still waited for them to bring our credit cards back. The manager came over and only talked to the side of the table that was not effected by the poor service and wanted to know what we wanted her to do about it. We told her to compensate the bill. As we were leaving, they passed out these $5 off coupons for the next time we were there and still charged us full price for everything. Not at all up to the standards of a Chilis restaurant. If there is another Chili's near you, go there, not here.
Worst service I have had in a long time no refills, no check, no service, old food, cold food. Just straight garbage.
Always out of important stuff like sour cream or fajita meat.
