I purchased a used 2005 honda vtx 1800 from here and i have to say that i have never had a better experience buying an auto or motor cycle. I live 800 mi from the center, from the time I first called to the moment i rode away it was top notch service. The staff made every effort to answer any question . They were kind enough to send a driver to the train station to pick me up. I was made to feel at home I know that is what sales people are supposed to do but this is the first place that it has happened to me. I was never rushed or pressured into or hurried into buying anything extra. The bike was exactly what it was said and showed to be and they didn't take advantage of an out of towner. Also a nice young lady was in charge of giving me a tour of the business and all the products. I have now driven it all the way home with no problems the bike performed perfectly. I would recommend this place to any one. If and when I buy again they will be my first choice
Horrible parts customer service. I recently purchased (2) 2015 Polaris Rzr's from this place. Sales team and finance was good but parts was a nightmare. I went in a week later to buy a roof, MTX sound bar, brush gaurds, Whinch, windshield and some rigid LED's. They didn't have the roof, MTX sound system or windshield that I wanted. They said they would order them for me. In the mean time I found a dealer in Ft. Worth who had the three items Cycle Center didn't have. I figured I would just get the sound system ordered by cycle center for my other rzr when it came in. Long story short my MTX sound bar 23 days later stopped working. I called polaris and they told me to take it in to my local dealer (cycle center of denton) and that they would help with getting the unit replaced or repaired. I called Jason in parts and he told me "I'm sorry but our policy is if you didn't purchase it here we can't help you with the waranty". I was shocked!! I reminded him that I bought (2) brand new Rzr's from them and that I had also purchased accessories from them. No luck with any of that. I called back Polaris customer service and they called Cycle Center to find out why they wouldn't honor the warranty and Jason told them that it was because they had ordered me a unit and I hadn't picked it up from them and so since I didn't buy it from them they would not honor the warranty. Please take note that they never called me to let me know that the parts were in. This is totally sub par service and can't believe this is how they treat a customer who just spent over $30k in recent weeks. I can't and don't understand the logic here. Needles to say I'm very disappointed in Cycle Center of Denton and will take my business else where in the future. The only thing this place cares about is their bottom line and won't in way or fashion go out of their way to make a customer happy.

My Husband and I wanted to get our daughter a helmet for her birthday and the only place we thought to go to was Cycle Center of Denton. Every time we come in here we are blown away at the service and knowledge of the team. This time we no different. When I arrived I was with my Daughter who's birthday it was and we went up to the front of the store but did not enter yet. we were met with a "Hello" and "How are you today?" and "have you been helped yet? is there anything I can help you with?" I mouthed why we were there and that it was a surprise and that I was waiting for my husband who had our other daughter and was on the Motorcycle (which we purchased from Cycle Center in 2012). He then explained to me where the helmets were inside the store and that we could just speak with someone in the parts department if we needed any assistance. Once my husband arrived we went inside, went to where the helmets are and was almost immediately greeted by Wyatt one of the parts salesmen. Wyatt was very helpful and knew immediately where we could find my Daughters size. the first one she tried on was too big so Wyatt found another one that was big but not too big. It gave her some room to grow. We were a little unsure about getting her one because there is not one made smaller. So I ask Wyatt if there were any extra padding we could purchase and he said he would be right back. Wyatt came back and then tried to put other padding in that we thought was bigger but it wasn't. So Wyatt then put them all back together. We ended up purchasing the one her had a little bit of room to grow into. The other thing that I really liked about Wyatt was he was so full of information. We were looking to see the price range to get our older Daughter a Honda 50cc and Wyatt had every answer covered. He also suggested we get our younger Daughter a Strider bike to get her started with her balance. This product was not something we were even aware that it existed. The best thing about our experience with Wyatt was that he was not pushy; he just answered all of our questions and let us decide what we really wanted to do. I think Wyatt is a great asset to Cycle Center of Denton and when we return to perches other items then we will be asking to work with Wyatt. Thank you for such great service and people.
Great service from the parts department. Ryno is really knowledgeable and super friendly. He got me my parts quick and hassle free. I will continue to do business with him and Cycle Center of Denton.
