I'm tired of going to corporate restaurants like this that claim to pride themselves on exceptional service only to be ignored and treated poorly. I went in here after midnight and ordered a beer and asked to look at the menu. While waiting to order, some woman at the bar started complaining that she wasn't getting any free food (I'm not kidding). While the bartender pleaded with this woman to keep coming in and even offered her a free meal, I sat there for almost ten minutes waiting to get my order taken. I finally had it when the phone at the bar rang and another bartender picked it up then hung up on the customer immediately, so as to impress some of the gentlemen at the bar. I paid and left. There are so many better places to drink your money away than this waste of a time. I will not be coming back.
I love this Applebee's! I always have a great experience and the last time i recieved my first drink... I'm 21 now. I got a Mudslide, they taste like they have no alcohol in them, which is perfect for me. Everyone was helpful!
Ordered a to-go, only to get here and be given the wrong order. The wait staff didn't seem concerned and took a long time to even acknowledge me so I could return my food and get the right thing. Worst part was I think I was served by a manager! Definitely not coming back, there are way better places with better service.
After reporting concerns regarding a recent dining experience at the Denton Applebee's, the general manager contacted us. I was very impressed by the way he handled our concerns. His response is representative of someone who cares about the community where he is doing business. I truly hope that he is able to turn things around by surrounding himself with employees who value his restaurant as much as he does.
