Delicious omelette! Was plenty of food to fill me up and tasted fresh and healthy! It's hard to find healthier fresh food around here, so this will definitely be one of my spots!!!! The coffee was pretty good too! I love the look and feel of the cafe, it has a coffee shop feel to it. :)
I would come back to corpus cristi just to eat at Hesters. If my taste buds could sing they would be singing thousand praises. This is one of the very few times my wife just focused on food rather than talking to me while eating. We had the victorias pasta and raging bull. And this is the 2nd visit to this place.

Everything seemed really nice and the chocolate muffin was good if not a little stale. But once we sat around for 25 minutes after my order of an iced latte, I started to get a little irritated. When I went up to the counter to ask about my drink order, apparently they forgot about it and had to start making it then. Sorry, though I want to like this place with all the other good reviews and hype, bad service is unforgivable. The only reason they received 2 stars and not 1 is because the drink quality was better then average.
Awesome experience. Great food and love the Christian environment. Would love to have one in Indiana...
