The rice was cold. The refried beans tasted bad. I had fajitas and they only give two tortillas with them. They didn't want to bring anymore chips for salsa after we ran out. The queso tasted bad. This is very disappointing because this was one of our most favorite places to eat in Corpus. We always tell our friends about it. They have obviously made changes for the worst.
The waitress brought us cold stale tacos, my husband ate one and I took one bite and they had the nerve to say I ate most of it. I will never go to this gross waste ever again. :(
The first time I went to this restaurant we got stale chips and tea that tasted like a dirty wet rag. Ended up paying for our drinks and left. A month or so ago we decided to give it another try. Waste of money. Chips were decent but had to ask for them and ten minutes later received them. The food was way over priced, small portions, and no flavor. For 2 teas, two asada tacos and an enchilada plate came out to $30!!
The food is always the same quality and consistency. They do not skimp on the portions . The prices are reasonable.They are always busy , but there is always a seat available . They never tell u that they are out of something , so your taste buds ate never going to be disappointed
Have eaten at the resturant on multiple occasions to give this place the benefit of the doubt. The service was poor. The food was not as ordered and on the last time, my food was brought to me a full half hour after everyone else in the party. I was not offered an apology or a discount, the manager would not even come over to the table to talk.
