Its really in a nice area of the city. My problem with this place is 1- Outside seats are dirty and dusty 2- Windows are dirty 3- food mostly not available.
Extremely slow and customer service wasn't great. There was no comment about the wait, they just took my money, handed me my coffee and shut the window.
Their oven has been broken for months, meaning no hot foods, and today I had the rudest barista I've ever met anywhere. I was the second customer in about 15 minutes that she lectured on how to order a drink. I ordered something that every other Starbucks in the state has been able to handle, but instead she insisted that I specifically order the number of pumps of each syrup I want. It's not the customers' job to memorize recipes, especially since we won't always order the same size. The other employees there have usually been nice, but I still don't think I'll be back any time soon. Apparently Roasters down the street knows how to handle my order, and do so courteously.
Drink wrong 3 times because the guy at the counter would listen to the first 2 or 3 syllables of what I was going to say and act on partial information...meanwhile the 2 blueberry scones they had left sold out because the lady next to me at the other register heard me trying to get one ordered and decided she wanted some. The lady helping her DID listen and she got the last scones before I could even get the drink right ... much less the food right I won't be back.
