First time trying Roasters. I didn't catch her name, but I was helped by a nice lady with short blonde hair who steered me toward a few customer favorites. She suggested the White Mocha & the Pumpkin Spice for my husband and I--both of which were made by Jessie. They were simply delicious! I observed great customer service before and after we were served--and Jake greeted us on the way out!
Great customer service. Their Italian Sodas are off the chain (personally recommend the Raspberry flavor). The staff is knowledgeable of their product and offers great recommendations. Comfortable seating in the lobby with bar-style seats at the window, tables, as well as soft chairs and sofas, and they also have a nice patio area. One important thing that sets them apart for me is the music they play, it's music I like, music that people will actually listen to in their own time. They don't try to sell you on the ideas, they serve a great product in a great atmosphere.
