My children came to visit me from SE KY and they wanted to see the lights and we came across The Fuse, the place was pretty busy, Saturday 12/13/14 about 5pm there was 9 adults and my 6yr old grandson, so in we go, 45 min wait for table no problem I understood BUT then it went to worse, SLOW service, took for ever to get drinks and my Blue Moon beer was warm at best, lots of I am sorry, food cold, just an all around super bad deal. Prices were OK, and waitress said please come back when not so busy its much better. REALLY?? so $149 later we left. Total time 2hrs45 mins.SMDH
I had the pleasure to be served by Vanessa and Chris. Both were awesome and fun. Stayed there for a couple hours just hanging out. Great atmosphere.
Came here the first time right after checking in and the service was good because there was nobody else here. The food was so so. Came again on Saturday night to a busy, but not packed crowd and had to ask for service after being seated. Once we finally got our drinks, we had to bus our own empty glasses, and repeatedly ask for service even after our order was placed. I hate the people that comment on here... Buy seriously. It was bad
The food at Fuse was average at best, and the service, although friendly, was extremely slow.
I'm here on vacation. I'm glad we went to fuse. The cheese burger was great. The fries are really good. We had our food within 10 mins of sitting down. Awesome place. Will return if we visit Nashville again!
