Me and my son go for the games, not the food. food is pricy and service isn't great... Games are alot of fun though! esp on wed nights where games are half price.
It's a fun place to go to play some games every so often, the food, however, needs some major work. We found the food to be super bland and my husband's steak very overcooked and so hard to eat. I don't think we will ever be going there for a meal again, but I'm sure we'll still go for the games.
The customer service at this place is HORRIBLE. Do not go here if you believe people should be treated with respect and dignity. You won't get it here. Hostess and manager were rude and were not able to resolve my issue. Bathrooms were dirty. Games were grimy/sweaty from other people using them with filthy hands. The whole place was a haven for germs.
Waited at the bar for over 20 minutes and was ignored the entire time. Funny because the guys on both sides of me were ordering shots like it was going out of style. When I mentioned it to the manager he said "well, would you like to give it another shot?" Uh, no...
some games said they were free but they wasnt second they got my order wrong waited 20 min then my drink was wrong dont waste time there its not cool
