Although I now live around 3 hours from Hohenwald, I still make the drive every couple of months for the Sunday buffet. Okay, and to visit family, but Rio is just something that, once you come to love it, you don't want to go without. The home-made salsa is always just a bit different from the last time, and the chips are made right there too. The food isn't dripping with excess sauce and cheese, which means it won't break the diet (unless you choose to pile it high with the fantastic beans and rice). In fact, many of the entrees are not only healthy, but diabetes friendly (although they don't advertise that, just speaking from personal experience as a diabetic). All in all, I love Rio, and that's not an overstatement.
Coming from Texas, we were very surprised and thrilled with the taste and selection at Rio. We've been back several times and love it.
food is just dry and old check to make sure there isnt hidden ingredients!!!!!!!
