I was dude this place jammming boy i tell you what i ordered papajohns and i was dannnng that swag a licous broby and then i danced to the moon if you catch my drift
Did call ahead order.. rather large order. the young lady on phone was excellent. The entire staff was fantastic.. very courteous, would recommend.. food always yummy
I just like to say my father and I went in to this steak and shake , and it was the best steak and shake we have ever been in. the bathroom was clean the inside dining was clean and the employee's were so nice and respectful to there customer's. There was one certain lady there who serve my father and I all you can eat pancake breakfast and I wished I got her name but she was a petite slim late 40 early 50 so jolly and did her job so well and very prompt with her service. she should be recognize and give some kind of appreciation for her service. my dad and I visit from Gainesville, GA Franklin Tennessee and we did not even know there was a steak and shake here in Franklin. I do remember the lady said she was from Hilton head south Carolina. I will always eat at this location on all my visits in Franklin. Thank you so much for the friendly service and the clean restaurant . keep up the great work and the great employees rock this location. I Hope to see this lady again soon, she made my dad and I feel at home. thank you so much.
The service model at this chain is horrible. The servers are nice but appears they are extremely understaffed or poorly organized. The food is good value if you could only place and order. I have kids who love the food but have made my last visit. Tonight it was not crazy crowded and we waiting 15 min without even a server stopping for drinks. We left.
Thank to the manager, Brian, who returned a lost wallet to me by tracking me down through the white pages, no less! WITH all the cash in it!!!
