Very friendly and accommodating staff. I had never been there and the staff walked me through the menu and options. The bagels were fresh and delicious. The negative is the lack of parking up front but there is alley parking
Husband loved this place. Pros: good breakfast, options, family-owned. Cons: most of the options are sweet vs savory, charge $.50 per coffee refill, slow service. We'll be back, but next time I'm asking for cream cheese on the side...it was 1/3 as thick as my bagel!
Ordered our bagels then while we waited large group of school kids came in and ordered. The staff began making their orders but forgot about ours! Half way through we inquired about our bagels after standing around for 10+ min only to receive a rude reply demanding that we be patient. All the kids received their order before we did - guess we'll take our business to Starbucks from now on!
One of our favorite breakfast spots!
