Very Disappointed!!! Let me start off by saying, I have always been a fan of Applebee's. The food is always good as it was tonight. (12/29/2014 between 8:00pm and 9:30pm). The hostess was sweet, but why was she the only one cleaning off the tables. The restaurant was disgusting. I counted maybe 8 dirty tables, like 4 to 8 top tables, dirty throughout the entire meal. They said they got hit hard but they weren't busy throughout our meal. No silverware. They said they were out, BUT THE SERVERS WERENT CLEANING THE TABLES WITH ALL THE SILVERWARE THAT THEY CLAIMED THEY NEEDED. As we got up to leave a small waitress almost ran into WITH FOOD IN HER HAND, EATING, ON THE FLOOR, as she handed they people behind us their silverware... No offense, but I can see why there are always Craigslist Ads for servers and cooks. Props to the manager, because I would have gone crazy, but I had a feeling he or she was cooking. Oh. Allen was our server, he's actually a cool cat. He suggested the burgers and knew the calorie counts of food and THE PINEAPPLE BURGER was SO GOOD. Always good food at The Bee's, just a really bad night tonight...
This was the worst food ever. I asked for a grilled chicken Asian salad it came with fried chicken. My wife ordered grilled chicken dinner and it was brunt.We will not be back. The service and management is terrible. The manager stayed on the office. No supervision.
Had two servers tables in the front of house, which we could here everything the servers were talking about, including other customers. Our waitress was asked three times by the back of house to come get our food, and she decided to get it when she was ready. My son heard cursing from this employee table, which is unforgivable! I do not pay that much money to have a horrendous experience. The manager needs to get his head out of his rectum and fix the problems with this place. The place smelled atrocious, it really needs a good cleaning. Needless to say, we did not stay, and will not return!!!
The food was GREAT! Excellent service!
Absolute worst. Food sucks, the service is horrible and the staff treat you like they're doing you a favor.
