Pretty terrible. Tastes like cheap Pizza Hut only worse. The sauce is ketchup-y sweet and the dough is dry on the crust and soggy in the middle. The chicken in the Chicken Parm hero was in the deep-fryer way too long and the Greek salad was inedible. Don't bother.
Great Greek pizza
This place brings it all together! Great dough, good toppings, and lots of cheese all at a great price! We're from Chicago and have our pick of great pizza. This is the only place we consider when visiting Anderson!
We tried this place in the summer after boating on Hartwell, and found a gem among restaurants in this area! The special pizza was fantastic, with all the fixin's and the beer even better! The menu has many other tasty entree's but we always come back for the pizza. I would recommend Famous Pizza to anyone who is hungry and wants a great lunch or dinner for a decent price. A++
We went to eat there and the waitresses started putting chairs up around us and closing up when they did not close for another hour. We had planned to get dessert but were never had the chance BC our bill was brought to us before we were half way done. Been back BC the food was good but the service has yet to improve, they are some what rude and unhelpful.
