I went into the dealership looking for a larger vehicle due to my growing family. Adriana helped me with getting a more then fair trad in value on my vehicle and took me on a test drive in a all wheel drive suv. She was a delightful person to work with not pushy and understanding that I had a budget that i needed to work within. This dealership was a great place to do business. Salesman Mike E. and our finance adviser were both an absolute pleasure to work with. Mike did not hard sell us whatsoever, he simply showed us what we asked to see and was extremely knowledgeable about all of the features on the different vehicles we looked at. Not only was he knowledge, but he made sure I understood how every single feature worked. Everyone we made contact with at the dealership was super friendly and made themselves very much at our service. They made us feel comfortable and had us laughing quite a bit as well. I would highly recommend this dealership to a friend and would be a return customer in the future.
They have the worst service department. I will spare you the boring details. But they are the dishonest mechanics we all hear about. Spending almost 4 hrs there sat afternoon, I saw that they genuinly do not care about there customers. And at the end they also jacked up the price. I was told not to go to Colonial but I did because it was close my house. Do yourself a favor. Do not go to Colonial Toyota. There are better places out there.
I had a great experience at Colonial Toyota. I was helped by Kayla Hunt. She was both courteous and knowledgeable. She wasn't pushy and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Colonial and also highly reccomend Kayla. Colonial is very lucky to have a salesperson as wonderful as she is.
WE have been shopping for a new car for quite awhile now. I met with a lovely woman named Kayla Hunt. She really went out of her way to answer all of our questions. I am thankful there are still honest people in the car business. We will be returning to buy at the end of the month from this young woman.... Great job Colonial Toyota!!!!
