Eat here very regularly and always get excellent service. The food is always good. There have been a mistake or two on my orders since I started going there, but they ALWAYS make it right. And since I eat there at least once a month, this is fine with me. All the wait staff/managers have always been friendly and greeted me with a smile on their face. Keep up the good work guys.
This is probably the worst Applebee's a town could have. From soggy rolls on your burgers to pathetic and lazy service this place is a joke. And dont forget about long hair wrapped through your food. I can only hope for another chain restaurant to come to town that will put forth the effort to hopefully put this place out of business and eventually turn into a bank or a pizza place like everything else does.
The prices have gone up, the portions have gotten smaller and are inconsistant. Most of the servers are good, but one is rude.
