Had worst and nastiest experience ever!! I go to this DD once in a while. Almost EVERY SINGLE TIME, the indian men that work there are disrespectful, have lack of patience, and rude. Last night I went through the drive thru, and the young indian guy watched us as we order, and did not put an order in. When we pulled up, he gave us a hard time. We CLEARLY and POLITELY told him we wanted a dark roast ice coffee, and a pumpkin pie donut. Just that simple!. He then proceeded to yell at us, CLOSED his window and signaled us to get out. We asked him if he can open the window and he continued to ignore us, and tell us to leave! Who gets rid of their customers! He was the only worker, and we were also the only drive thru customers. (Inside was closed) we were in shock and very confused!. I don't know who is the owner of this dunkin donuts or who owns this franchise, but they seriously do not know how to run business and are extremely unprofessional!! I would not wish the same experience on anyone! Please beware. I am a dunkin donuts ice coffee addict/fan big time! and this just threw me off.
The indian guy rushed us and forgot our drink. my sandwich was soggy as if it sat there for awhile. Lets just say the service was shit!!
The window clerk was nice but the Indian guy in the back was complete a-hole! Not sure if he was a manager or what but his customer service was very unprofessional. I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service. He yelled at us, the customers, to keep driving because there was "a line" growing behind us when there was only one vehicle there, and we were only in the drive-through for 5 min. Avoid this Dunkin' Donuts at all costs!
Fastest drive- thru I've ever been in. Always very friendly people working.
The owner and staff are friendly and courteous. Always good service. They live in our community.
