This starbucks is very inconsistent when making my drinks. I usually get the same thing and it taste different every time I order it, what the heck!? Some of the staff should be replaced because I think they're rushing to get drinks done and this leads to the inconsistent results. They are also very slow here. I've been in Starbucks that makes drink twice as fast with half as many people. You think they would amp up the service with the new remodel, but that was a no go. I always see the store/district managers in here shooting the shit, maybe you tools should actually do something once in a while to help improve this location.
I am visiting on a Saturday afternoon. This place is very busy! The staff seems to be doing a good job keeping up with the orders. Despite the long line, I had my drink in about 5 to 10 minutes. The wifi is a little on the slow side, but that is expected with using public wifi. I had a little trouble connecting, but after visiting a new site (not one cached in my browser) the wifi sign on page loaded. The staff appears to be having a difficult time keeping the store tidy. There is a lot of crumbs, trash, and coffee spills on the floor. One of the tables is completely covered in crumbs.
I love this Starbucks! Great service & friendly every day
Stop at this location on my way to Carlisle from Baltimore whenever we r going to PA.
The best Starbucks in the area, my top choice for coffee runs!
