AWESOME PLACE great food waitresses and waiters are friendly my family loves to go there most weekends because it is local and quick drive and food is served quick and very highquality all day service lots of reasons why I give this place 5 stars!

The food here is low quality and badly prepared. We ate here twice. Once we had breakfast. It was like really bad diner food. The biscuits were bad. The country gravy was bad. The other time we had dinner. I remember the food being bad and both of us swearing we would never go there again. He had a barely edible chicken parm. He said the chicken was dry, the noodles were not fully cooked, and the sauce tasted like cheap ketchup. I can't remember my entree but I remember not being impressed. I specifically remember getting the bean salad as one of my sides. You know kidney beans, green beans, yellow green beans, onion, and bell pepper all pickled in vinegar. Well, it was fermenting with bacteria. It smelled off and there were little bubbles percolating all over in the liquid. That is so disgusting. It took me awhile to get the waitress's attention. When I showed her, she didn't care at all. She agreed to bring me something else when I asked. How do you not care when the food you serve is contaminated with bacteria?
The service was okay, although the waitress forgot a few things. I had the roast beef with mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy and a side salad. Mashed potatoes tasted like instant, but were lumpy so we're not sure what they were. The roast beef was okay, not too much gristle for a "diner", the stuffing was sour, the salad was very small with iceberg lettuce, a few onions and tomatoes. Dessert was apple pie, which wasn't terrible. I don't have high expectations of "diner" food, but I do have reasonable expectations and this place just didn't cut it. I'd stop in for coffee and apple pie but will no longer eat a meal there.
I have only had breakfast here on a few occasions. The food was good and the service was friendly. It's is a good family restaurant. Like anywhere else, when it gets busy they get behind but that is to be expected. Overall it has always been a pleasurable dining experience.
