Had dinner Friday night, August 8th. My wife had roast beef which was 1/2 fat and grissle. Spent all night with chills stomach cramps and vomiting. Thanks for the food poisoning!!!! Never again
I've eaten here a few times and it's great bar food. And I think if you're married to a woman who orders roast beef at a bar, you have larger problems than food poisoning.
The food here is very and is like any restaurant in Berks county. The problem is that it takes a long time for them to cook and serve the food, it is almost like they have to go out and buy the food then bring it back to cook, it takes that long. If you are there to watch sports or are with some friends it is better. There aren't many other restaurants around so this is where you might have to stop to eat, the building is medium sized, but they recently added a porch on back, and seem to be expanding, maybe this will improve their time delema. I have only tried their food, not rooms.
Good food. Nice outside bar.
