Staff is very friendly but the food and coffee is terrible. Iced coffee comes with cream and sugar, mine had half an inch of sugar on the bottom and the drink was almost white, the taste didn't resemble coffee in any way.

Dunkin Donuts has the best cup of coffee around. Not to mention that the employees are always very friendly, speedy, and funny!
