Started coming here before work and this is a great location, so fast the bartenders are great, my orders are taken and I get what I ordered fast. Beer selection is very good with a lot of beers on tap.
I walked into Max &Erma ' s the place was not busy at all. I was the only one standing to be seated. Took 5 minutes to be asked if I was there for pickup. Several employees just walked on by not even a hello. Finally I get seated and was never waited on. Waiter went for more ranch dressing for the folks in front of me. Waitress got a beer for the guy behind me. They both dart before I had a chance to say anything. I got up and left.....
OMG. It was so good. Sunny side burger was runny and the maple ketchup was wonderful. The burger is delicious, everything was fully cooked and everything tasted great!
They CORRECTED my order just in time for my hubby to be finishing his...it was tasty and waitress OK enough
Each time i come the food keeps getting worse.Tonight nachos without a hint of chilli even though they are supposed to come with.Ive been eating here every other week for a year and have had a bad experience each time.I wish there was another choice close to my hotel.On a good note the max and ermas in mcmurray has always been a perfect experience.
