95% of the time they screw up orders. The lack of attention to a screen that is plain and simple is just ridiculous. However the service is wonderful. And the workers are generally friendly

Always check the order. Wrong about 25% if the time, but served fast and with a smile!

When I went their the food was burned and cold and when my dad went their he got food poisoning

Food was sloppy, they just threw it together. My sandwich had toppings falling out of it and the outside of the bun was covered in sauce. Fries were cold and not fully cooked. I took the food back and they made me fresh food. I left happy, but I shouldn't have had to take it back in the first place
