Will never go back to this KFC in Carlisle. 6:20 PM and they are out of chicken. Ordered 8 pieces of crispy and they only had one.
This is not the only time. Ordered chicken pies weeks ago and they had none.
I went for Chinese that day also.
After a long day of traveling, we pulled into the drive-through, ordered our meals, and proceeded to the pick-up window. Initially they had omitted one side item (coleslaw) on both orders and added them when we challenged them. We then drove a couple more miles to our motel for the night. Upon reaching the motel and opening the boxes, we discovered that we were missing one piece of white meat from one of the meals and there weren't any eating utensils or napkins included. Needless to say, it isn't very practical to eat mashed potatoes and gravy or coleslaw with your fingers. Add to that the missing piece of chicken and no napkins, we're weren't happy customers. It's safe to say that we'll never stop there again.
