Yesterday, while returning from business in Pittsburgh, PA to our home in Canton, OH, we began experiencing some very serious and dangerous car trouble! My vehicle would no longer accelerate or shift gears, it would not go up even the slightest incline, was vibrating like crazy, not to mention starting to smell like something was burning! We were able to find MORROW CHEVY on my Droid and their lovely receptionist patiently gave us driving directions (ALL DOWNHILL!) from the highway to their dealership. We arrived and found the Service Center to be clean and well-organized. Lou, the Service Dept. Manager was extremely helpful and reassuring, even talking to our "home" dealership to coordinate repairs and make sure we were getting what our vehicle needed to get back on the road safely. The wonderful and friendly Sales Manager jovially checked in with us periodically to "be sure" we didn't just want to buy a new car instead of fixing ours, and they let me test drive a brand new model of my vehicle just for fun. From top to bottom, their entire staff was professional, engaging and wonderful to spend an (unplanned) afternoon around. Morrow Chevy had ALL the parts IN -STOCK to repair my vehicle and their expert service technicians promptly performed all the repairs and replacements and were back on the road within hours. It is a shame they are so far from my home, as they would surely be my #1 auto dealer. If you are lucky enough to live near Morrow Chevy in Beaver Falls, PA, you will not be disappointed if you buy your next car at Morrow!
