Extremely overpriced estimates. $700 for front brakes?! I don't think so.
If I could give them a lower score, I WOULD! I was pressured into buying a car, that there was 'NO WAY' I could afford. You should have seen the spectacle they put on! When I dared ask a question, they acted like I was insulting their mother. They would not allow me to return it when friends and family even saw how bad I was ripped off. WORSE PLACE EVER, SPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A FEMALE A ALONE!!!
With an excellent service department and personnel, I wish that I could visit this dealership again. Unfortunately their sales staff have undermined any credibility that this company generated with me. One of the salesmen, Ken Barr (or something to that extent) seems to have no problem harassing customers. They tried to con me into coming in for every conversation, and accused me of trying to "get away with something" when I refused. Additionally, I've talked with multiple friends that continue to be harassed by their marketing team. Of course, these are my feelings only - but my best advice would be to steer clear. There are plenty of other dealerships competing for your dollar with top-level service and care. Shame on these guys.
