Firebird is my favorite bowling alley in Salem. The place is clean and has a full bar. The employees are all pretty cool, but their service isn't the greatest. They often seem unorganized when it comes to league play and I have yet to speak to one on the phone that didn't sound like they were pissed at me for calling. But their lanes are nice and their deals are damn fine.
Watch out for the old lady that bar tends sometimes. She occasionally gets on her broom and flies around casting curses at the people who don't tip her. She also has a large cauldron in the back that she boils small children who are misbehaving.
Um we ended up at some trees directions did not work
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The employees and assistant manager lacked common courtesy & professionalism. I will never return.
I had a good time there & the food was good. 2 of the games in the game room were totally broken and I should have gone to the front desk for a refund but did not. I was in shock when I checked out to see the bill for over $100. There was just my wife and I with 2 kids, we each bowled 2 strings and had a bite to eat. Conclusion, don't go there hungry or thirsty.
