Love their kratom selection, highly recommend maeng da and super natural. A little pricey for capsules though but really helpful when I'm waiting for my online order.

Great head shop, good quality and selection. Staff is friendly and don't make you feel uncomfortable. no oomp discount but they have fair prices. They also carry good ♦zenscence♦ like bizarro, johnny clearwater and orgazmo (not sure on spellings) Worth the extra drive to check em out!!

I want to love this place: it's right down the street from where I live and we buy shisha and hookah supplies there all the time. I've even bought a couple of glass pipes from them and recommended them to my friends who now frequent the store. Then I began buying vaporizers, they were friendly and patient with my curiosity so I bought a G-Pen, thinking that it would work with dry blends and not only oils or wax...as nobody specified, especially the packaging on the product itself. So I went in to return it since it was useless to me, only to find out that they have a NO RETURN POLICY. Now, this makes sense for glass pipes because it's hard to sell a pipe that's been used, but for electronic vaporizers it's a whole different game due to all the components therein. Only after calling the store owner did I get an in-store credit, so I was pretty much forced to spend another $20 on a different vaporizer called the CannaCig which she assured me over and over is made ONLY for dry blends. So I believed her, yet that CannaCig has never worked. Now I'm left with a broken unit that I spent $100 on and has not worked since the moment I walked out of that store. Due to their no return policy I can't return it! Furthermore, the company that produces it does have a 1-year warranty (thank God,) but I have to pay for the shipping and wait. The hassle has not been worth it, and it is completely the fault of Head East. Basically, their policy is flawed and makes their service so terribly inconvenient.
