awsome sea food been there twice and have not been disapointed next time here will be going for more as i am a scot who emegraited to canada we have to travell to the east to newfound land or new bruinswick for lobster vancouver for crab and good see food so this little scot from cambuslang scotland know s all about good sea food yes i do i am a self proclaim d expert on the art of eating sea food jus dig in and enjoy and use a bib it can be messy but not at griff s all the hard work is done for you it easy the origon coast is fabulus and the people of origon are so hospitable as most of the american s are i can honestly say i love the USA . and griff s dock is one of my favorite spots to stop and eat a nice wee man RONLINDSAY
ended up going to Griff's On The Dock in port orford because it was the only place open other than the red fish we both got the 3 piece fish and chips the fish had a off taste to it ...and the frys looked and tasted like something id buy at the store we ended up both getting sick I will never eat at Griff's again
Stopped for lunch; came back for dinner! Is the fish fresh? It's not located on a dock for no reason -- and it's well prepared, too. Very nice wait staff. When you're traveling sometimes you don't remember where or what you ate a day later... we've been home weeks, and Griff's still comes up in conversation.
Food was tremendous! Do yourself a favor and order the Prawns.. They had a very light coating and let the taste of fresh seafood prevail. I nearly had another order they were so good and would say these are easily the best I've ever had. The place is located right next to the boats making it a unique location with a great feel. Great causal atmosphere.
Very small sandwich (Crab & cheese) for the price, otherwise it would be good. Could spend 13$ on seafood buffet some places. $6 or 7 would be a good price for what it is now.
