Great (American style) Chinese food. Egg rolls are made on site as is everything else. Very, very fresh and straight-forward good tasting! Owners (husband and wife + kids) are great. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Would eat there again when passing through town.
Wonderful food in an unlikely location! Taken there by my brother, who lives in Oakridge and eats at Jeff's often. We ordered by exception: we just told Jeff what we did not want (no beans for one, nothing spicy hot for another), and he just prepared delicious dishes for the table, based I presume on what he thought best. He is picky about his ingredients, going to some distance and trouble to get the quality he wants. His wife is a charming if demure waitress. I'm told Jeff lives here because he loves fly fishing, for which Oakridge seems to be highly regarded. Jeff is also interesting and amusing to talk with. Can't speak to the price: Jeff slipped my brother the check without giving me a chance. I'm told Jeff also cooks Korean and Japanese dishes as indicated or requested.
Been to a lot of places this is by far the best I have ever been too. Meal Presentation is Awesome, the Food is even Better. Inexpensive Meals, Awesome Service, and quick preparation, it may be a 2 hour one way drive for me but once you eat here, you will see, it is well worth it.
Another terrific restaurant in Oakridge (I also liked the Mexican place, Matzatlan). We got take out, fried rice and garlic vegetables. Awesome tasty food.
They make the best Chinese food ever. Everything is always fresh and made to protection. Jeff, the owner is quarky, funny and will leave you smiling.
