they are rude and could care less about how their customers feel, do not eat at DQ ever again.
Food was good other than my toast was too dry to eat. But the customer service was awful. The girl working the drive thru kept sighing rudely as I was ordering for myself and 2 young boys. It took a bit to find out exactly what they wanted and she kept interrupting and made no secret that she was getting impatient. I would maybe have considered understanding a bit more if there were not zero cars behind me. Also, I asked for the ice cream sandwiches in the kids meals and she told me that she would make sure they were in there. Got home, they weren't in there. Get rid of the teen with the tongue ring in the window and put her in the kitchen where she can't interact with the public, and I believe it may improve your customer service ratings in the future.
Nice stop right off the highway. And good for the local highschool students.
