I've eaten here a couple of times, enjoyed the food, but the server was way out of line during my last visit. I parked in front of the building, where I had parked before. The server came to our table and ordered me to move my car because I was in the owners space. There was no marking on the space I was in but I moved my car. A few minutes later the server came back and demanded I move my car. I explained I already had. The server became indignant and told us to leave the restaurant, so I pointed out where my car was. At this point she realized she told the wrong person to move, I wasn't the one in the owner's space, she went looking for the owner of the car in the owner's space. When she came back to the table I told her I was disturbed by her attitude, and she again told us to leave the restaurant. I tried to calm the server and resolve the issue, she wasn't having it. In the end we left the restaurant without our dinners and won't be going back.. By the way, the restaurant is not ADA compliant from the restrooms to the lack of handicapped parking.

Small, simple, very clean. Traditional cafe. We've eaten here many times and enjoyed the good, simple fare and friendly service. Very tasty.

Just ok. Not a low-carb friendly place at all; everything is breaded, fried or a sandwich. No substituting healthier items for the chips or fries, either.

I'd call the food average to above average - but defnitely NOT below average (it's good ol homecooking style such as Chicken Fried Steak, Hamburgers, etc). What puts this place over the top is the combination of good food, bright and friendly atmosphere, and good value (prices are very fair).
