The food is good, although inconsistent. One of the servers should change careers. He is the worst. We went in on a Friday night at 9:00pm. The server asked us 4 times within 10 minutes if we were ready to order. We hadn't even taken our jackets off when he was breathing down our necks. We asked if he was in a hurry. He told us the kitchen closed at 9:30 even though the restaurant didn't close until 10:00. We asked for his name and called the owner to report him. We found out that the server had given us a fake name! The owner, Jose was great. He apologized profusely and assured us he would talk to his staff. He invited us back to meet him and have a meal on the house.
Food is OK. Gave them a 20% tip and pay with my debit card. Found out they took an extra $15 dollars out for an tip. I reported them to the BBB. Will not be back. Don't go unless you want them to steal your money.
The food is adequate, however the waiter (a man) on both occasions changed the price from the menu price. We called him on it and he corrected it. We won't be back.
The food here was decent. Typical Mexican, nothing to get too excited about. But the price was very high. And come to find out, they took an extra $5.00 tip, above and beyond what we gave them. So our Saturday lunch ended up costing $35 for two adults and a child.
I eat here and get takeout from here all the time. The food is always consistently good, their drinks are good, and the service, especially if you come there often, is great. Their salsa is just spicy enough and their restaurant is quiet. Good for a lunch date. Worth trying especially if you're living in the area.
