It was ok, there is not many options in Brookings. I will say they are famous for their clam chowder and it was very good! However, although their fries and coleslaw were tasty their fried cod was so bland and unappealing. Still a good place if you don't have many options, and like I said their chowder is great.
This Place has amazing food, great atmosphere, and the owners treat you like family. My husband and I are new to the area, we tired many restaurants but this one honestly had the best food. My new favorite place!!!!

3 tables seated and it still took almost 10 minutes for one of the 3 waitresses working to take my order. she was nice though. i think i got spoiled by the chart room in crescent city yesterday because the fish and chips were not up to par at sporthaven. batter was bland and soggy. zucchini was good though. the place is clean, bright and open. and small.
Delish! Best clam chowder in Brookings. Super nice chef/owners. Maybe not the most classy decor but good food. Kid friendly.
