Alright service but didn't get any cherries in my cherry limeade :(

Have been a customer for years, however not a satisfied one. Most of the time orders take in excess of 10 minutes, I have never placed an order asking for certain items to be left off and received it correctly. But I think the biggest problem that caused me to write this review was I went through the drive thru and ordered several slushies. One of which was a cherry slush. When it was handed out to us I asked why is it white? The employee said to me oh it just didn't get stirred up.....now when I as the customer stirred it up it was barely tinted pink and had not cherry flavor at all. When I complained again, I was told that it's the way the machine mixes it and to stir the drink more.....just a thought but isn't that what we pay them for when we go there for a drink? A ready to drink, correctly made drink ?
