This was my first car buying experience and I have to say the experience was more pleasant then I thought. I was looking for a reliable jeep and they had just what I wanted! The warranties they offer is UNBELIEVABLE!! Lifetime warranty on engine and free oil changes for life, door ding and dent protection, and identity theft protection for the whole family at no extra cost. I felt like was buying a brand new car. Audrey was very informative, helpful, and made me feel at home. While Troy was very easy going and trying his best to make the process go quickly. When I test drove the jeep patriot, it barely had any gas and was dusty. When I came out of the dealership to take it home, troy had it washed and filled it with 3/4 of gas which was good enough for me since most dealerships sell you a car with hardly any gas in it. I will be coming here again for my next vehicle.

TOLD THEM WHAT AMOUNT OFPAYMENT I WANTED PER MONTH. THEY GOT ME OUT OF THAT GAS HOG I WAS IN INTO A NEWER,NICER VEHICLE WITH GREAT GAS MILEAGE.THE SALESPERSON WAS GREAT. WJ

So far the service here has been Excellent. Found an F250 on Autotrader and contacted them. Audrey was helpful in answering my questions and scheduled a time to look at the truck. Went down there and was handed off to a salesman (sorry cant remember the name) for the test drive. The negotiations were easy going and they didn't play any games with me. The paperwork for the sale went through quick and got my title the next week. The truck came with the Lifetime Oil Changes. However, I havent used it yet, but when I do I will update this review.

Best car buying experience I have had ever! I loved the internet department and the finance people as well. They worked really hard to get me what I needed on my trade as well as spending extra time to hunt down just the right bank who had the terms that we wanted. The staff at Seth Wadley Ford is excellent and you feel like you are buying from friends rather than from a dealership. Seth Wadley will get my future business and I will definitely refer family and friends. Worth the short drive south. Thanks again SWF!

Don't ever believe what the service dept tells you on a timeline for repair, had a appointment to bring new truck in for repair wed July 16th for warranty repair, they called and moved appointment to Monday July 21 and did not look at it till wed July 23rd, then said parts had to be ordered and would take two days to get parts, If they would have looked at it like they said Monday. I would not be without a 60,000 dollar truck for a week. And that's if this part fix's the CNG part of the truck. NOT HAPPY
