Worse mcdonalds ever! Flies were all over our table, manager was rude, place was dirty and it took forever just to place an order. I gave this mcds another try but never again! Really the cashier should not have to go fill the ketchup up in the middle of a lunch rush! This place has been this way for years! I why is it so hard to give a dang about your customers! Wow this generation needs help.
Me and a friend in there last week. After waiting 5 minutes for them to fix all messed up orders we were completely ignored by cashier who went to the next register to take care of two people who came in after us. Never even asked if we had been helped. When mentioned she acted like it was our fault for not telling her. First thing any others would do is ask us. We shouldn't have to tell them.
TERRIBLE! Our order was messed up because of the idiot cashier, and then they told us that it was our fault, and told us that we would have to pay to fix THEIR mistake! They know NOTHING about customer service! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
