Paid for my food in cash. Left it on the table as I left.... The waitress claimed I didn't pay the bill and I was confronted by the GM in the parking lot. I simply told him she was lying and I left. He said I was never allowed back. He checked the camera and found out I had paid and she pocketed the money. Called me and said he was sorry. I will never go back!
I asked for my food to be cook fresh and it wasn't!!!! It look like they had some old wing left over and them put them with my order!!!! Will not go there again... Very disappointed
I live in Tulsa and frequently visit the BWW in Tulsa Hills. I came to the Muskogee location with my work expecting the same menu and service as Tulsa. When given the bill, the lunch special did NOT include my drink which at other BWW's, this is what the special had included. When asked they stated, "we do not do this". Could have been handled in a better manner. Food was great, but service was a bit slow.
We tried this place and got awfull food and service. Wingstreet is way better. If we had one around here you would all see how bad this place is.
The burgers was the best I have had in 10 years. Blazing sauce isn't really hot. Just sweet and kinda leaves a bad taste after you put it in ur mouth. But other then that. Service was great. Didn't have to ask to get a refill on my drink. There was like 7 if us that went there that day, just say that the waiter made 15 dollars from all of us. And I will be back with my mother for her bday.
