I stopped going here for 3 years because the service/food was terrible. I recently gave it another chance. First few times were good. I though well maybe they getting their crap together. WRONG. I ordered fiesta lime chicken today. The chips obviously have been sitting out and were stale and the chicken was pink and cold in the middle. So i send it back only to wait 10 more minutes. Then when they bring me out my plate my french fries had been refried! Dripping with grease and very soggy. Anyone who has ever fried french fries know what it's like to re fry french fries... It's disgusting and I have decided I will never come back here. They need to get their crap together and get ppl in there that actually care.
The size and quality of the napkin speaks volumes for the service and quality of the food at this Applebee's, cheap, small, and poor. Poor service was bad enough, but the quality and portion size of the fried chicken salad was terrible. $10 for a small salad that had brown, wilted, warm lettuce. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else!
Waste of time and money....next!
Place to eat if you want to be sick.
We left aftr waiting 10 minutes for our menus.
