I used to work at this store along time ago. Back then the store was smaller, not as nice but you enjoyed your meal. Now you can order breadsticks with your meal and they come out the same time as your pizza. It usually takes a while to get your pizza. Refills come slowly for your drinks. Usually I think the wait staff has forgotten we were even there. They must have changed the ovens from when I worked there, back then when a pizza was put on the conveyor belt it only took 5 1/2 minutes for it to go through the oven. So most of the time when someone sat down to order then their pizza was delivered to their table within 12 minutes. Now you are lucky to get it in 45 minutes and usually it is wrong. I really think that quality standard company wide have went down. Not corporate Pizza Hut but company High Plains Pizza Hut. I have been to several of their other stores and all seem to be the same. Also only gave it 1 star because I couldn't give it non.
I wish I could put less than 1 star. The food came burned, and without dipping sauces. I called to fix the issue, and had the MANAGER argue with me, all but calling me a liar, heavy sighing into the phone. The replacement food arrived, and it was burned, also! I will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut again, nor will I ever recommend them. This place is a joke, and run by people who think it's okay to be rude and offer lower than poor service.
Never on time with delivery. Food is cold when it get to me
Waited 15 minutes before even getting our drink order. People that were seated minutes after us were served first. Waitress made excuses of being under staffed.
I love their wings. This is possibly the poorest management job I have ever seen
