They had barely no aisles open. It was dirty and unkempt. They had explicit rap blaring on at the store. Take it there was a lot of impressionable children at the store including my own. A man littered outside of the store as I entered without shame. Don't know if I want to go there again.
When trying to reach the electronic department, I was hung up on TWICE by a young lady who answered the phone. The first time, she just laughed and hung up and the second time, she said, "There's no one here" and again, hung up. I am planning to go in person to complain but I am very irritated at the customer service. I wanted to know if an item was in stock before I drove out there.
I went to walmart tonight and I waited 45 mins in line at the money center while they were waiting on other customers. It was my turn and the very rude employee told me she was not taking my change as she did not want to count it because the "line" that had all of 4 ppl left. She then told me I had to use the star coin machine, inwhich I did and come to find it cost me 4.20 to get a slip of paper. I then had to go back and stand in line again which was only 3 people and was again rudly waited on and recieved attitude from all 3 workers in the money center and the CSM. who all assured me that my customer service did not matter to them tonight. The worker balmed the CSM and the CSM blamed the worker, no matter who blames what neither seem to value their jobs or their customer!! I am so glad to be using Bottom Dollar and Giant Eagle from now on.
