I tried the NEW store this morning for breakfast. I went into the building because the drive thru line was around the building (typical for DD at breakfast time, so not a shock). I ordered a cheese twist bagel, sliced and toasted, with light amount of cream cheese. The cashier did not know how to enter this into the register. She consulted a second employee who told her which buttons to push. I was handed a bag, and being in a hurry I didn't look inside. I just got to work and found they gave me a salted pretzel and a side container of plain cream cheese. I pulled out my receipt and sure enough it says "Pretzel Twist". I searched the receipt for a phone number to contact the store to complain...... no phone number. I Googled and found the address..... no phone number. Granted I should have looked at the receipt and in the bag before I left the store, but I do have an expectation of the quality of service I would receive. I suppose I'll chalk it up to the learning curve of a new location, but still left eating a pretzel for breakfast. :(
