My parents stopped at Fort's for my mom's birthday and not only was their service terrible, my father had to send his twice baked potato back more than once for being freezing cold in the center. Finally, the waitress (Bob's other half), came out and asked how long my dad wanted it microwaved to meet his needs. When the bill came, nothing was taken off for the multiple issues and therefore, my parent's chose not to leave a tip. Just as they were getting into the car, their waitress came out and flipped my parents off and began yelling at them for not tipping her. Needless to say, they have lost the business of my parents, myself and we will continue to spread the word. Wellington is a small town and Fort's has been a gem for a number of years, but this behavior and level of service will not be tolerated.
One of the best places in lorain county to eat!
We love to eat here. We are there at least once a week for dinner with friends.
