Slow Train is an awesome local coffee shop. I've never had a bad coffee from here. I love coming in to study there.
The cafe has excellent coffee drinks made to order. Tea is also available. The selection of baked savory and desserts is very good. It makes it hard to decide what to get. There is also a bar that is open later in the day. The atmosphere is vibrant, and seating can be hard to come by. This is everything I want in a college-town coffee shop.
Delicious coffee! Lattes are a bit of a luxury for the average student's budget, but I absolutely love Slow Train. It's often crowded with students, but for a good reason: it's an incredible place to study (if you don't mind background noise). I love going there with a good book or an article to read, and just kicking back for an hour or two with coffee in hand. If you're in town, it's a must check out!
