Very disappointed in this bowling ally, the staff here was not helpful at all when we needed help at our lane, and the sad part was that when I asked the question, the question was not asked at disrepectful way at all. The bar and staff where very friendly and helpful, and the drinks where on point, (YOU GUYS ROCK!!).
Unfortunately, my group and I did not have a pleasurable experience at Yorktown Lanes. The lady working at the counter showed much annoyance and was disrespectful towards my group and I did not appreciate it at all. I chose Yorktown Lanes over Freeway Lanes of Parma nearby due to its cheap cost, but I have learned my lesson through my experience that I will much rather prefer a bowling alley that might cost a bit more, but have a pleasant experience when I'm there.
Looks Great... Nice upgraded !! Needs to address handicap accessiblity at main entrance.
Service was excellent. Had a good time. Got to begin hourly rates a little early. That saved me about 15 bucks. Facilities are dated as with most bowling alleys. Friendly staff. No reason not to give them a thumbs up.
