I'm not quite sure what all the negative reviews here are about. I guess some people went in not knowing what the place was. I got an awesome water pipe from this place. The guy was super nice and helpful, and the merchandise was all very good prices. The water pipe I got was $90, most places want over $100 for the size I got. They have smaller pipes for $10, too. You really can't beat it.

My friends and I wanted to buy a hookah at 9:50PM after going to City and East in Coventry and this place was the only one open that we could find that actually had decent hookahs and not Chinese plastic garbage. I couldn't be happier for finding this place. I love store that is honest and will answer all of your questions without making you feel like you are stupid for not knowing. The person that helped us out not only ran down the features and benefits of almost all of their hookahs and shisha, but she told us how to correctly take care of our new hookah before we left. Their prices were actually pretty reasonable and fair and even comparable to some of the online stores. The only thing I found to be disappointing was that the selection of shisha was a little limited, to which I could chalk-up to it being late on a Friday night. With that being said we still walked out of there happy. We will be going back.

Terrible. 250g tins of hookah tobacco are 30 dollars. olive tree in n.olmsted right down the road has them for 18. all employees are stoners who could care less about you or your needs. if they were the nice kind of stoners, that place would be a regular on my weekly errand runs. they have a policy that is written in window paint about need to be 18+ to enter, get a real sign. but what your really have to watch out for is their prices, scary high. over priced plastic if you ask me. and the employees will refuse to sell you a product if they know they have a more expensive piece. they have claimed that the piece was spoken for, forcing ones choices down to the more expensive ones. how can people support this trash. a cop could go in and make his quota with one bust. last i checked Marijuana is illegal here. overall. do not go here if you have any sense of value in regards to money.

Do not go here, place is a scam. Selling broken boxed merchandise and will not exchange or refund within even 7 days of sale. Poor customer service and poorer products and price points, Stay far away.
