Normally I get great service from a Tim Horton's. This one is easily the worst I've ever been to. Our family stops once a week at this particular to get donuts as a treat. The drive thru is always super slow. The order taker is often very rude and incompetent. They've tried to charge me the price for 6 individual donuts as opposed to the 1/2 dozen price (a difference of $2) on several occasions. The real kicker, though, is that they have screwed up my order practically every time. We're only talking 6 donuts here, and they somehow manage to royally screw it up. This is not a one or two time thing, but they've messed it up at least 10 times in the past 3 months. So, if you want good service and good food, find somewhere else to go. Avoid this place at all cost.
The people for the most part are rude . . my order (unless basic coffee) is always screwed up -- until today the screwed up my coffee! The bagels are are never toasted -- unless you call burning the rim of the bagel being toasted. Its a shame that its the only place close enough to get coffee quickly-- I know several people have spoke to the manger and he doesn't seem to care much what his customers have to say. Its worth the drive extra 5min drive to go to the other Tim's
